Love the tour and guides. I could not print the passes nor could I get epass so I called the help number. I was told I could just take a picture of the ticket. I question this but the girl on the phone said no it's OK. IT IS NOT OK! They do NOT except a picture. I called back and spoke to a gentleman this time. He also said it was OK!
The people should know the rules!

I almost wasn't able to go on the tour because when I tried to get my evoucher up on my phone, the link from my email kept bringing me to an empty page. Luckily they decided to take my email receipt as proof that I bought the tour

Very moving!

Worth going to see. Hop on hop off allows you to investigate each stop. Worth getting the app advised to locate particular graves. Very moving particularly the tomb of the unknown soldier.

One can even walk to it from the Lincoln Memorial.

I wish we had rented a wheel chair for my mother in law. Even though it was a hop on hop off tour there was still a fair amount of walking to do. And I was disappointed that we did not get to drive by the Iwo Jima memorial. The grounds were beautiful and it was a great site to see all the graves and the honoring of the fallen soldiers. I would recommend anyone to go on the tour.

Tour started stressful with a disrespectful ticket agent Tiffany, if that is her real name. It seems she doesn't like e-vouchers. Once things were to her satisfaction, we were reluctantly issued our tickets. The actual tour was routine. Some of the guides were informative while others were just passing time. The condition of the Arlington House Robert E Lee's home was disgraceful. The grounds were in terrible shape with litter all around. Walkways were muddy house steps/floors were dirty. Boxes stacked in rooms furniture not maintained. If the house is part of Arlington Cemetery's history, then it should be afforded the same respect as rest of the cemetery, otherwise, demolish it.

This tour was very informative. The tour guide had all the information foe each stop. Even though the temp. was 102, we had a great time.
