Ben was the best ever tour guide we have experienced , he was so helpful and while taking us to few places has thought us so much of their culture etc. that we could never have known of . i am a traveller and can highly recommend the viator. our experience with ben as a tour guide was absolutely exceptional.

Ben Kim was my guide and I was the only person on the tour this day. I was a bit lost trying to find the Subway Exit 1 and he called my cell and came to me. We spent an enjoyable 3 hours walking around. He has a great historical knowledge and answered lots of my questions. We took a couple of short breaks on a lovely day. One of the best tours I've had in decades of travelling. Highly recommended. You won't get to read much in the museums and stuff, but this tour orients you so you can go back and do so with a big picture context.

What a lovely way to start my visit to Seoul. Just the right level of information and sharing of history for a novice to Korea. My guide was Ben and he shared a lovely perspective of the palace and the village. He was thoughtful, conversational, had a great command of the English language and I thoroughly enjoyed spending this part of the day with him. I asked him questions from history, geography, military, religion and economy and he was very happy to answer every question. Ask for Ben.

We were so lucky to have a private tour a group of three - mother, 14 year and 10 year old kids. Ben was a wonderful guide and customized the tour to make the three hours walking tour interesting for us all. We learned so much about Korea and its history from his explanations and are so glad to have booked this tour. What a difference there is from being taken through a city by an expert and getting insights on things we see and their background then just walking around by ourselves.
We loved the quiet moments sitting in the palace listening to the secrets of the stone pavement and the hidden roads in the Bukchon Hanok Village. Thanks so much Ben for making our first trip to Seoul so memorable!

This is a very good half day tour for our family trip to Seoul. Our tour guide Ben Kim was very knowledgeable and gave very good information relating to the places we visited. Enjoyed the walk to Gyeongbokgung from City Hall subway station and then to Bukchon Hanok Village. We were told the whole journey was about 4km but the pace taken was good, not too tiring.

We have Ben Kim for our 3 hours walking tour and he was excellent. He had a lot of knowledge about the sites we saw, the history of his country and the architecture of the sites. He also had some great suggestions to get the 'perfect' photos. Thank you Ben for a wonderful tour and introduction to your city!

My husband and I were the only ones on the tour. Ben our guide was attentive and knowledgeable, tailored this tour to our interests. Highly recommend this tour. We enjoyed the historical and current take of this country, a real eye opener for Aussies!

Great!! Actually I didn't expect to see all about the over 600-year-city on the 3 hour walking tour, and also the tour itinerary it looked that it that. However, it was good enough to taste some of them in the limited time. I really enjoyed the time with others. The tour was both entertaining and informative, especially the tour guide would give more information about the country and the people living there. We would have another hour in the Bukchon which is one of the most famous tourist attractions with its endless sidewalks. Instead, 2 of us could catch up an airport limousine in order to meet their plane. A very well organized tour by the experienced tour guide, thanks!

It's a long but stimulating walking tour. Our guide Ben was an excellent guide - articulate, patient and kind. This was my second tour of the Palace and Bukchon but I learned things that I didn't the first time. The route took us to some interesting nooks and corners that were not apparent before. Well worth it.

What went right. I was given the incorrect directions as to where to meet the tour group. I was told, city hall subway station, exit 5, no one showed up. Turns out, that was the wrong subway station for the wrong palace. So I ended up walking on my own until I was limping! How can a tour group give the wrong directions???
