This was a wonderful trip out to Giverny to see Monet’s house. We chose the audio guide rather than the guided tour, but it was still a great experience. I believe we had 2 hours to explore the gardens and house. We probably could have used another half hour to really soak it all in, but we enjoyed it all. The house inside was as uniquely decorated as was its owner. The gardens were spectacular! I could spend all day in them. Our travel to and from Giverny by bus was pleasant, and our guide was helpful. I highly recommend this tour.

It was a nice trip to the gardens. It was a beautiful afternoon which meant there were many people visiting. We could have used a little bit more time there. The bus was very nice. The guide gave useful information and was very clear about meeting times and locations.

Giverny is gorgeous and well worth the trip, but the half day option feels very rushed. We did the audio-guided tour, which was fine. Our bus guides were a bit brusque. The site is spectacular; this particular tour was just average.

It was great, though our tour guide Amelia was a bit rude.
It said on the ticket vouchers that audio guides would be given out, but Amelia said I only paid for a transfer and nothing else so wasn't entitled to an audio guide. This wasn't clear on the voucher.
The house and garden were really cool, though sadly we didn't get to see all the flowers in bloom and it rained. I loved going through the house and seeing where Monet would stood in all the old photographs. It's really interesting and art lovers would profusely enjoy this trip.

I took the unguided tour. It was good, but not great. The audio guide was boring, so I decided to skip it after listening to 8 segments. I could have used maybe another half hour or hour, if not for walking around the garden, then for walking around the quaint little town of Giverny. The tour guide that went on the bus with us who would go on to lead the guided tour seemed tired of tourists. However, I did appreciate the price and simplicity of the bus experience. I would recommend this tour to a friend for its ease, and because Monet's garden is beautiful, but would not set any further high expectations. Perhaps it would be fun if the tour guide could give us a little history during the bus tour? Or if there were a couple options for the bus back perhaps if you go on the 10am tour, you can take either the 12pm or 4pm bus home?

This tour was good, just enough time to tour on your own. However, it was really really busy even though we left central Paris at 8am. By the time you arrive to Monet's garden there are already 100's of tourists there. So it makes picture taking a little disruptive especially when you want that classes bridge and pond shot!!!

The tour, I used the earphone tour, was fine. Of course Giverny and Monets house was wonderful.
However, the organization office I found was not a terribly pleasant experience. My questions about it are,
1. why if one has a ticket, does one need to queue again? If one must, then tell people who book online and in your online advertisements that this is the case.
2. While waiting inline, I looked at the advertising for your other tours and saw that if I booked another tour, I could get a free Paris tour of some sort. Since I wanted to go to Mont St Michel, I decided to book with your company. However, when I asked the worker about the free tour, I was told first that he did not know about it and secondly, after consulting with a colleague, that this was not available. So, there was false advertising. I recommended that the information be taken off the TV screen advertising. However, when I returned for my Mont St. Michel trip, it was still there.
3. On this tour and the Mont St. Michel tour, the audio guide information about the actual site could be more complete.
As a major tour company, this is not acceptable. Either you provide what your advertisements offer, or you train your staff to know about the offer. Some of the staff also need training in customer service.
A positive note for your company, the interns I spoke with were polite and friendly!

Excellent tour which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed.
