Driver showed up late and blamed Viator for giving him the incorrect address and not providing him a way to contact me. We were staying at The Savoy. Not sure why a professional driver wouldn't know the address of The Savoy in London. Viator also had my contact information so it should have easily been available. Driver indicated he knew a quick route to Heathrow - because of his mix up, we were very late and trying to make our flight to Copenhagen to catch a cruise ship. Driver proceeded to make a wrong turn and had to backtrack because he got himself lost. It was very obvious. Then, while playing with his GPS, he about got my family involved in a head-on collision by nearly turning down the wrong side of the street. Thankfully we made it safely to the airport in time for our flight, but it was very stressful and seriously like the driver was new to London.
