This was an amazing tour, the guide was very informative. I decided to skip the lunch for more time to explore the Giant Buddha and met up with the group at a specified time- this was enjoyable. The cable car ride and the views were well worth the time. The fishing village and market was quite interesting with few unique shops. I would highly recommend.

Pearl was a wonderful guide with lots of information and humor. The tour was definitely worth taking and exposes you to a completely different side of Hong Kong.

This tour is good. It has a little bit of everything. my only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the boat ride and fishing village was a waste of time.

Pickup from hotel was really good. Access to cable car, Buddha and Tia O fishing village was great. Guide was really nice but not as accomplished and knowledgeable as expected. If you want convenient transport with good access this is the trip for you. If you want a trip with more detail and information this is not the trip for you. Not sure it was worth the money!

It was a casual day, not too tiring as you get driven to all the places without having to worry about the stress on how to get there especially if you are not good with the Chinese language. The guide, Ricky Martin was great, told us a lot about Hong Kong city and other information while travelling 40mins in the bus to the bottom of the Cable Car ride to The Big Buddha. We paid a bit more to go on the crystal glass cable car. It was nice to be able to see the vegetation below. If you are scared of heights, oppout and go on the normal cable car. We enjoyed the serenity of the Big Buddha and the vegetarian lunch at the Poh Lin Monastry was surprisingly very fresh and tasty usually when you are taken to group tour lunch like the tour we did to Macau, the food was very average. We enjoyed the chance to have vegetarian food as our diet since arriving in HK had been lacked of vegetables. We walked up to the Big Buddha, a whole about 268 steps during our own time. If it is too hard for you, when we met up, a bus took us up there. After the Big Buddha, we drove to Tai O where we took a small boat to view the fishermans village on stilts, the then went out to see the pink dolphins, babies are grey in colour and pink is because their skin is so light, the blood vessels causes the skin to look pink. Majority of the time, it is difficult to spot them swimming in the area.
An enjoyable trip and we have ticked the box. While going up on the cable car, you can see Hong Kong airport.

A Tour you must do if you are travelling to Hong Kong. The Cable Car was amazing, however if you are afraid of heights , may be a difficult ride. Had a lady in my cable car close her eyes the whole way. Lantau Island's Giant Buddha and Monastery is breathtakingly beautiful, loved every moment of this tour. Purchased blessed authentic Jade Bracelet under the Giant Buddha Bonus! Guide was a great guide who was organised and knew how to control a crowd. Informative and tour ran smoothly..

Five Stars- Highly Recommended !

Was an absolutely great day out. Prompt pick up, excellent guide can't remember his name. Booked the crystal cable car and it was amazing, even though I don't like heights I still enjoyed it. It is a really long ride there and back. Loved that this tour was a skip the queue as the line was very long both ways. The monastery was good and surprisingly my husband enjoyed the vegetarian lunch I didn't tell him that part. The giant Buddha was so interesting and we really enjoyed the boat ride. All up it was an absolute great day!

Interesting tour but dreadful guide named Pandora who was frightened of losing members of the group and consequently spent of lot of time shouting at us and getting us in line to be counted.

We went on this trip yesterday. Prompt pick up. Our friendly guide Marco was great, helpful friendly and funny! Fabulous trip. Best trip of our stay in HK. Lunch at monastery was really delicious and we had great company in the crystal cable car which was well worth the extra cost. Would highly recommend this excursion Using this company.

Although the elements of this tour could be done on your own without a tour, this tour was wonderful. It was very convenient to
get picked up at the hotel by motorcoach and transported to Lantau Island, along the way learning some history and information
about Lantau from our fabulous and funny tour guide Marco. It was also nice to have transportation to Tai O fishing village after
visiting the Giant Buddha and the Po Lin Monastery and the opportunity to have a traditional chinese lunch together as a group..
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it as a day trip when visiting Hong Kong.
