This is mostly my fault for not having an international plan for my phone, but I was stuck in the immigration line for almost two hours before making it out to the arrivals hall. My voucher advised me that the driver would wait one hour after the plane landed, so I knew he wouldn't be waiting. Without a working phone, I was unable to call the company and let them know my situation. I think I'll just rely on airport taxis from now on. You really have no idea how long it might take to get through immigration.
The representative from the company was there to greet me upon my arrival however, I waited for almost 1 hour for the vehicle to arrive without any notice or update from the representative he could not speak English. The vehicle arrived only after I contacted the main office via the emergency line since it was in the evening informing them of the situation. During the time I was waiting, I was just told to stand outside the airport while the representative who was with me would walk away not knowing his whereabouts or what was going on. Additionally, a fight broke out while I was waiting outside the airport on my own with my baggage. This places not only quite an inconvenience and defeats the purpose of reserving a private car in advanced but also causes security risk to a paid customer. I do hope this does not happen again.
I don't know how the confusion happen but the car was not at the airport. After phone calls and 2 hrs the driver arrived he was super nice. According to the agency it was my mistake which I doubt it . But I will give 3 stars for the driver only !!
