We rang to confirm the day before and everything was organized. No language barrier which we had found was a problem everywhere else. Organized the trip from Australia which took the hassle out of it completely.

Well organized. Picked us up from hotel. We drove by Bus to Naples and hopped on a ferry that took us to Capri. The guide was very friendly and made sure we stayed together as a group. It was a wonderful day to see the sights and sounds of Capri!

It's about a 3 hour bus ride from the tour operators office to Naples. They do take a rest stop about half way. Then about a 45 minute boat ride to Capri. Was disappointed you had to sit inside during the ride over to Capri, and the boat wasn't very clean. Once we got to Capri, we boarded a small wooden motor boat which takes you to the grotto. At the grotto, you had to transfer into a small wooden row boat. There is no dock, and on my day it was quite wavy. The grotto was amazing! However you are inside for a max of 5 minutes. Once back at the harbor you take a mini bus to Anacapri for lunch. The lunch was really good, and had a couple options to pick from for meals. After lunch you had just under 2 hours of free time before you had to meet the group, to catch a boat back to Naples. The day went by very fast and the guides were excellent! Would highly recommend.

I had a fabulous day, the trip to the Blue Grotto was amazing!

This was a very good tour! The lunch was wasn't as good as we expected, and we would have preferred to pay for our own instead of having it included in our cost. The Blue Grotto was absolutely amazing, and our tour guide was very nice and informative.

The meal was the worst of any tour meal that I have ever had. The boat ride was nice to Capri and the island was spectacular. Change the resturant or the resturant's meal choice and you have a winner.

You just have to see Capri--it's a must.

We loved it! It's a bit long & tiring but worth every minute!

Nice trip, we didn't get to see the Blue Grotto though. They gave our money back. The food at the restaurant was awful and cheap, and the service was disastrous. I had to wait to get my main course that they forgot to serve me while the rest of the group was getting their desert and leaving. They should let us choose our own restaurant and food and not include it the trip or the price. We didn't have enough time in Capri.

From pick up at hotel in the morning till drop off at night, we were looked after each step of the way. Tour guides were excellent. Took the optional trip to the Blue Grotto, this for me was the highlight of the day, from travelling in speedboat to entering the cave in smaller boat. It was just a fun experience which I will remember for a long time.
