Good to miss all the waiting in line, guide was very good and explained things very well. You really need to spend a lot more time there to take in everything as the museums contain too much to see in such a short time. Great trip.

Excellent tour. The only way to see the Vatican. Guide Janette was fantastic and kept everyone's interest for full 3 hours. Only complaint was group size was perhaps on the large side 25 - this meant lots of waiting for people at the beginning and therefore not enough time at St Peter's at the end.

Time and money well spent. The time flew by thanks to our engaging and very knowledgable guide.

Our guide was fantastic. It didn't feel like four hours and our kids - ages 5, 8, 10 - didn't lose interest or misbehave.

The tour was excellent. Really informative and balanced to allow the visitor to enjoy the sights without being rushed. Our guide was outstanding. I have to say that the tour was the highlight if our weekend visit.

I think the cost of the Vatican Museum tour should be advertised together with the main tour price. Both were good value, but the extra charge on the day should be available in advance. The tour was well planned, and our guide was excellent. She got to know the names of all 12 people in the group and made every effort to keep the tour as interactive as possible. She was most knowledgeable, was able to answer all questions and used humour effectively throughout. This was our first trip to Rome, and the Vatican tour was first on our list to cover among the many attractions in the city.

This tour was the highlight of our 10 day stay in Italy. On the morning of the tour, we had trouble with transportation and were late meeting our group. The voucher provided a contact phone number, and the Viator representative successfully helped us meet up with the group. She saved the day!

Our tour guide Janette was so knowledgeable. As an art history graduate herself, she was able to tell us all about the pieces of art and sculpture on the tour, and made the whole experience fun. The group was approx 20 people, and this worked really well. We had a short break for coffee, and the tour lasted about 3 hours or so. That seems a long time to be on your feet, but it passed in the blink of an eye. Well worth every penny of the fee.

Excellent guide.

We had a fantastic time on our tour. Our guide was just amazing, so knowledgable about the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St Peters and art and artists in general. She, unlike me, remembered everyone's names about 15 in our group, recalled all facts and dates and information extremely quickly and accurately, kept our kids 7, 10 & 11 yrs enertained throughout the whole 4 hours as well as managing to answer all questions and be very entertaining and pleasant! Then she told us she does this twice a day! We've now done 2 tours with Viator and had a very enjoyable experience both times. Will definitely be booking with Viator for any other tours we take.
