Good tour, but as with bus tours, you really don't get to absorb a tremendous amount.

This was an excellent bus tour of East Berlin in particular, which enabled us to get our bearings and to compare East and West. The bus commentary was largely prerecorded but nevertheless very informative.

This was nothing special, all the people were nice and knowledgeable, but things are all redecorated, not old!

Too much driving, not enough picture opportunities. Way too long at Checkpoint Charlie (they used it as a commercial break) vs. Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, etc.

I enjoyed the tour and found it to be very informative. However, I do wish we were able to stay a little longer at the Checkpoint Charlie museum. The tape the tour company was using needs to be updated as they mentioned "upcoming events" in 2004 and 2006.

We expected more than a narrated bus tour, with more in-depth information from the tour guide/bus driver.

This was just the hop-on hop-off tour without half the stops. We didn't get to go to the Berlin Wall but were advised of this previously. The DDR Museum was brilliant but we could have done this on our own. A waste of money.

If you don't have time to see Berlin on foot then take this tour but you will just drive by things while they give you a recorded description of what it is. And, 1/2 way thru they dump you in souvenir shop where they show you an outdated movie about Berlin! A total rip-off -- take the hop-on hop-off bus tour instead!
