Excellent and varied day out. Lovely to see clogs and cheese being made and to drive out to see the windmill, and the commentary was very informative. Volendam was a very pretty fishing village, and I could have spent the whole afternoon there, even in the snow.

Very well organised. Our guide was most informative and helpful. Pickup was on time. This was an excellent half day tour that maximized our time and provided a good overview of the countryside. We got in quickly, saw the high points and had plenty of time to enjoy our lunch. Most enjoyable.

A great opportunity to see the Dutch countryside. All the villages are so nice! I especially liked Volendam, a very picturesque place! Wonderful houses, kind and friendly people. The frozen water in the lake, which is 70km wide and looks more like the sea, is a sight! We who live in the south, never have the chance to experience it in our warm waters. Don't miss it! I guess the villages look as lovely all year round!

You can see a lot of things during this short trip. Highly recommended!

Had trouble locating office, as the company name of "Viator" is not shown in office. The tour is good, but is a little too rushed, as we didn't have any time for sightseeing or pictures at Volendam which is really a pity as scenery looks superb.

Pretty scenery, easy stages of trip with just enough of a mix of walking and traveling. A lovely way to see picturesque houses and windmills. We went on the 9:30 trip which left plenty of time to do things in afternoon. A must trip especially if on limited time.
